According to the University Regulations:

“Support for publication award is awarded for the full time staff members (research assistants and senior instructors) of Eastern Mediterranean University that have articles published in journals covered by AHCI, SSCI, SCI and SCI-Expanded”

“In order to be eligible for support for publication award, if the publisher allows mentioning the title of the place that a writer works for, the writer needs to mention EMU”.

Nilgun Hancioglu and John Eldridge were awarded by the University for their publication in a journal (English for Specific Purposes) covered by SSCI in November, 2008.
